01 / WHO WE ARE.
BLUES MODELS ("Blues", "we", "us") is a boutique mother model agency run by MSC AGENCY SRL, a company registered in the Republic of Moldova (IDNO 1023600041711), with its registered address at str. Alba-Iulia 186, ap. 72, MD-2071 Chișinău. MSC AGENCY SRL decides how and why your personal data is used, which makes it the controller of that data. 02 / WHAT THIS COVERS.
This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit bluesmodels.com, apply through our Join Us form, or contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or Instagram. It is written to meet Moldova's Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
03 / DATA WE COLLECT.
From the application form: the category you apply for, first and last name, date of birth, nationality, city and country, email, phone / WhatsApp, Instagram handle, height, bust / chest, waist, hips, shoe size, current agency, how you found us, and the photos you upload. If you are under 18, also your parent or guardian's name and phone number. If you become a Blues model, we also collect what we need to represent you, pay you and arrange your travel: your home address, ID or passport details, personal identification or tax number, bank account details, signed contracts and invoices, and further photos, measurements and work history. When you contact us: your name, contact details and what you write to us. When you visit the website: basic technical information (such as browser, device type, pages viewed and approximate country), collected by our website host in an aggregated, cookie-free way.
04 / WHY WE USE IT.
To review your application and get back to you - based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. To answer your messages - based on our legitimate interest in replying, or on steps you ask us to take before a contract. If we decide to represent you: to manage your career, including sharing your pictures, measurements and contact details with partner agencies and clients in Moldova and abroad - based on the management contract we sign with you (and with your parent or guardian if you are under 18). To keep the website secure and working - based on our legitimate interest. To meet legal duties such as accounting and tax records - based on legal obligation. We do not sell your data, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
05 / UNDER 18.
We accept applications from age 15. If you are under 18, please apply together with your parent or legal guardian; by submitting the form you confirm that they agree. We always involve your parent or guardian before any meeting, test shoot or contract.
06 / WHO WE SHARE IT WITH.
Service providers that host our website and store form submissions (Framer) and that run our email - they only process data on our instructions. Partner agencies and clients - only if you become a Blues model, or if you separately agree that we may propose you. Public authorities, when the law requires it.
07 / OUTSIDE MOLDOVA.
Some service providers and partner agencies are located outside Moldova, including in the European Union, the United States and Asia. When we transfer data abroad, we rely on the safeguards the law allows, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or your explicit consent.
08 / HOW LONG WE KEEP IT.
Applications that do not lead to representation are deleted within 12 months of submission, or sooner if you ask. For signed models, we keep data for the length of the management contract and up to 3 years after it ends, or longer if needed to deal with a legal claim or required by tax and accounting law. Emails and messages are kept for up to 2 years. When a period ends, or when you withdraw your consent, we delete or anonymise the data.
09 / YOUR RIGHTS.
You can ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or give you a copy in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect what we did before. Write to office@bluesmodels.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (datepersonale.md) or, if you live in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
10 / COOKIES.
bluesmodels.com only uses what is technically necessary to display the website. Our website statistics are cookie-free and do not identify you. We do not use advertising, social media or cross-site tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner. If this changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
11 / SECURITY.
Only our team can access applications, and we use providers with industry-standard security. No system is completely secure, so please do not send more information than the form asks for.
12 / CHANGES.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
